Our Story The name Cha Hua comes from the Chinese pinyin "Shan Cha Hua" (山茶花). Individually, "Shan" (山) means mountain, "Cha" (茶) means tea, and "Hua" (花) means flower. Together, Shan Cha Hua is the Chinese name for the camellia flower. Our brand is inspired by two things we love: the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and the fragrant floral teas used to craft our drinks. The mountain represents Mount Rainier, while the camellia flower inspired our signature Camellia Oolong Tea. Our logo combines a camellia flower with a mountain at its center, symbolizing a brand proudly created in the Pacific Northwest while honoring Chinese tea culture. Our menu features handcrafted milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, lemon teas, sparkling sodas, and freshly brewed teas. Every milk tea is brewed fresh to order, while the teas used in our fruit teas, smoothies, and lemon teas are freshly brewed every morning to ensure quality. All drinks can be customized with your preferred sweetness level and enhanced with a variety of toppings, including boba, puddings, cheese foam, snow top, and more. Our fruit teas, smoothies, and lemon teas are made with real fruit, while our sparkling sodas combine real fruit with crisp club soda for a refreshing finish. Alongside our drinks, we proudly serve handmade cake slices inspired by modern Asian-style desserts. Our cakes are light in texture, balanced in sweetness, and made with fresh ingredients.
